Purchase of Digital Goods
These terms apply when Project X offers optional digital goods, account benefits or other paid digital content.
Digital content
Purchases provide only the digital benefit described at the time of purchase. Virtual currency, items, benefits or status inside Project X do not represent cash, stored monetary value or ownership of a real-world asset.
Prices and payment
The price and payment method shown before checkout apply to the transaction. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and process payment information outside Project X.
Delivery
Digital goods are normally credited after successful payment confirmation. If a purchase is not delivered correctly, contact support with enough information to identify the transaction.
Refunds and mandatory rights
Refund availability depends on the nature of the digital content, whether delivery has begun and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Abuse and reversals
Fraudulent payments, unauthorized chargebacks or abuse of the purchase system may result in reversal of the related digital benefits and appropriate account restrictions.
